Ladies meet at 10 am at the Alabama State Park Golf Course.

Walk or ride for nine holes of fun golf.

The group plays Monday, Wednesday & Friday at Meyer Park in Gulf Shores at 12:30 pm.

Meyer Park is located at the intersection of E. 22nd street and E 3rd street (Just east of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church) in Gulf Shores.

Sponsored by the Gulf Shores Fire Department - All Snowbird Clubs help with the event - Michigan Club flipped pancakes in 2017. In 2017 $3,300 was raised.  Since the year 2000 the Clubs have donated over  $33,300 to the department.

Near the end of each season in south Alabama the MI Cub holds a potluck lunch.  Attendees are asked to bring a dish to pass for 8-10 people.  A signup list will be available at Club meetings.  ALL SPOTS FOR 2018 ARE FILLED. The MI Club will provide fried chicken, drinks and table service.

The Fish Fling event is designed to see how far someone can “throw”, “toss”, or “fling” a fish. Each contestant gets two throws and there’s a division for men and one for women. An entry fee of $1 is charged each participant and the top 2 in each division will divide the total entry fee amount. The event is usually held near a restaurant where attendees, participants and observers can eat before the event. In addition, there is usually entertainment to enjoy during lunch.

The Port Huron picnic will be held at 920 Merchant Street, Port Huron on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at noon.  The date coincides with the Port Huron Float Down.  Parking is limited, but Pine Grove Park has plenty of parking and is only two blocks away.  Bring a dish to pass and chairs.  Drinks, table service and main course will be provided.  Contact Lynn Wilhelm 810-385-5819.
